PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The WEBSITE complies with the guidelines of current regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (RGPD), regarding the protection of natural persons in terms of the treatment of personal data and the free circulation of these data.

THE USER is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data sent through the WEBSITE, exonerating the latter from any responsibility in this regard.

THE ADMINISTRATOR, at all times, will ensure that the use given to the WEBSITE, the contents, and the processing of the personal data of the USER, are carried out in the most correct way. For this, the USER may always exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, all in faithful compliance with the guidelines of the new General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), the user being able to communicate with THE ADMINISTRATOR through the email poliglotterlanguages@gmail.com.

In no case, will THE ADMINISTRATOR share the personal data with third parties. In case of doing so temporarily, due to legal requirements or for the administration of the website, the due confidentiality agreements between the parties will be provided.

THE ADMINISTRATOR informs that the data which THE USER is voluntarily providing will be incorporated into its information systems with the following purpose:

• In case of contracting the goods and/or services offered through the WEBSITE, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service offered;
• In case of requesting information through the forms on the website, to send information about the query made;
• In the case of subscription, to send bulletins (newsletters), as well as commercial communications of promotions and/or advertising of the website.

THE USER can oppose to the sending of commercial communications by any means and at any time by sending an email to the email address poliglotterlanguages@gmail.com.

If THE USER is under 16 years of age, already fulfilled, they must have the authorization of their parents or legal guardians to deliver their personal data. THE ADMINISTRATOR has no way of effectively verifying the age of the users, so it is exempt from any responsibility, if THE USER does not comply with what is indicated here.

Likewise, in compliance with the provisions of the current Law related to the Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, THE ADMINISTRATOR undertakes to request the USER’s consent to the processing of their email for commercial purposes at all times, and will inform the platform used to manage email marketing.

TREATMENT DURATION

The data provided by THE USER will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the end of the treatment and during the period for which legal responsibilities could arise for the services provided. When it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or their total destruction. THE ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence.
