SALES CONTRACT

The sales contract is automatically formalized when THE USER receives an email from the WEBSITE administrator confirming the order.

The products sold on the WEBSITE may only be used by THE USER who purchased them, their transfer or sale to third parties being prohibited.

PRICES AND PURCHASE INVOICE

In the event that the user wishes to buy any of the products on the WEBSITE, the sales policies will also be applied, which will be mandatory.

In accordance with the current Spanish legislation, teaching is exempt from Value Added Tax (VAT). Thus, the products Face-to-face Classes or Online Classes do not carry any additional charge. However, in the case of acquisition of products which are not exempt from VAT, such as those sold in the WEBSITE Shop, this tax will be applied to the final price. In conclusion, the prices that appear on the WEBSITE are the final prices.

THE USER may request the corresponding invoice for the purchased product, previously providing their fiscal data, in writing and through the following email address: poliglotterlanguages@gmail.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the contents of the courses and the publications of the WEBSITE (articles, posts, pages, texts, videos, tutorials, podcasts, images, graphics, infographics, etc.) and social networks are subject to copyright and intellectual property.

In no case will these rights be transferred or transferred without the prior, explicit and written consent of the administrator of the WEBSITE.
